Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. No returns, ALL SALES FINAL, on cornhole boards, connect four sets, or giant tumble block sets.

Please understand our games are hand built using natural materials. All designs are painted and/or stained. We do not use stickers or vinyl applications of any kind. Because of this, every product will have its own unique characteristics. No two products will be identical.

Please remember that we are not liable for any product damage that may have occurred during shipping. NO REFUNDS. NO REPLACEMENTS.

We take every measure to ensure that your product is packaged for safe travels. However, once your product is in the courier’s hands, we cannot control the handling and care of your package. Please contact the courier directly for any damage caused by shipping or mishandling.

We offer a warranty for a one time replacement on modular cornhole leg assemblies. Bean bags have a 30 day warranty on stitching only, so if your bags pop, we will pop a new set over to you!

Shirt Return Policy

Bag Starr™ offers a “No questions asked” return policy for our shirts. We offer free returns for all US orders. Items may be returned, regardless the date of purchase. We want you to love your Bag Starr™ gear as much as we love making it! If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
